BUYERS

SELLERS

1. All orders for brokered equipment are to be prepaid by Cash, Cashier’s or Certified Checks. Purchases make by Business or Personal Checks will be held for 15 business days. Equipment will not be held during this period and is subject to sale to other customers.
2. Equipment will be shipped to the buyer freight collect.
3. The condition of the equipment is represented by the seller and not guaranteed by Roscor Interlink.
4. Unless otherwise stated, used equipment carries no warranty. Any warranty offered by the seller will not be the responsibility of or enforced by Roscor Interlink.
5. Buyer is allowed 48-hours (from receipt of equipment) “inspection and evaluation” period. If product is not as represented, Buyer will receive a full refund upon notification of Roscor Interlink of receipt of equipment by seller.
6. Returned equipment is to be shipped to Seller freight prepaid. Claims for shipping damage or shortages will be the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Seller acknowledges that the information in the product listing is accurate.
2. Seller holds legal title to the equipment for sale and it is free from any liens.
3. Seller will ship merchandise freight collect to buyer or Roscor Interlink (DVW), as requested, upon notification that payment for the merchandise has been received.
4. Seller will be responsible for any claims for shipping damage or shortages on shipments made to the buyer.
5. Seller agrees to pay commission for the sale (a minimum of $200 to Roscor Interlink).
6. Seller agrees to allow the buyer a 48-hour “inspection and evaluation” period. If product is not as represented, buyer may return any and all equipment to the seller for a full refund. (Buyer must return equipment freight prepaid).
7. Seller will receive payment for equipment (less commission) from Roscor Interlink upon acceptance by buyer (after 48-hour “inspection and evaluation” period).
